What is Cell Restoration for Pain?

Advanced Medicine of the Ozarks uses products that stimulate your body's natural specialized healing cells and regeneration process in joints and other damaged tissues.  As we age, the special cells decrease in number leaving the body with less efficient healing. The tissue support matrix we use is injected into the area of need allowing the regeneration process to turn damaged cell tissue into healthy cell tissue over time. They provide support and strength to the affected area with numerous benefits helping to improve your quality of life.

NEW! PEMF Technology - What is it and how does it help you?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field technology, or PEMF, is a holistic approach to overall well-being that has many benefits. In simple terms, PEMF systems use special devices to send electromagnetic fields (not electric currents) through your clothes and skin into your body. The cells use the supple-mental energy from PEMF to better perform their many jobs. This can help relax muscles, give you more energy, and support your body's natural recovery. Instead of just treating specific injuries or illnesses, PEMF works with your body's natural abilities, providing the energy it needs to heal and regulate itself.  Contact us for more information and to schedule a consultation to see if PEMF is right for you!

Other Ways to Improve your Quality of Life

Drink Plenty of Water:

Drinking plenty of water a day is essential.  What is plenty of water?  Divide your body weight in half and drink that many ounces of water each day*.   A water bottle that size may help you keep track of your daily water intake.

*unless otherwise indicated by your doctor

Eat to Live:

A healthy diet full of fruits, vegetables and protien; limiting gluten, wheat, sugar and dairy will reduce inflammation in the body and increase vitamin absorbtion.  Also, reducing sodium to less than 2000 mg per day has numerous health benefits.

Keep Moving:

Exercising 30 minutes a day will improve your mobility and prevent muscle loss. If you don't use it, you lose it.
